About The Position

Partnering closely with executives and leaders, the Senior Enterprise Process Transformation Manager leads and develops Schreiber’s enterprise approach to business process management, value stream management, operating-model design, and continuous improvement. The role manages how work changes across the enterprise for each transformation initiative and shapes end-to-end process and operating-model changes that improve the flow of customer and business value. It aligns people, processes, decisions, and performance, and leads process optimization, value stream management, and operating-model design as core enablers of the TMO model. This is a flexible hybrid role based at Schreiber’s Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with three days onsite and two days working from home each week. The role includes responsibilities related to food safety and food quality compliance, including communicating customer requirements and establishing and auditing process controls and procedures.

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in process transformation, process excellence, operations, continuous improvement, business transformation, consulting, or related enterprise improvement work.
