About The Position

The Senior Enterprise Process Transformation Manager leads Schreiber’s enterprise approach to business process management, value stream management, operating-model design, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with executives and leaders, this role shapes end-to-end process and operating-model changes that improve the flow of customer and business value across the enterprise. It connects people, processes, decisions, and performance, and leads process optimization, value stream management, and operating-model design as core enablers of the TMO model. The role leads enterprise process transformation from strategy and value stream design through execution, measurement, sustainment, and continuous improvement. It advises executive and functional leaders on future-state operating models; develops enterprise methods, standards, tools, and value-stream architecture; assesses current processes and designs future-state processes; and clarifies process ownership, roles, decision rights, controls, handoffs, risks, and success measures. It also connects process design with ERP, data, organizational capability, governance, and change adoption, while building reusable methods and continuous-improvement capability in business owners and embedded practitioners. This is a hybrid position based at Schreiber’s Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with a Monday–Friday schedule of three days onsite and two days working from home. A $10,000 relocation bonus and a relocation package are available for eligible U.S. salaried candidates relocating more than 50 miles.
