About The Position

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead Braze’s Messaging Experience (MX) team, which owns the experience for creating Canvases and Campaigns—the core products customers use to orchestrate personalized messaging. The team’s goal is to make this workflow cohesive, efficient, and delightful for marketers. They will partner closely with Product and Design to ensure engineering work delivers the outcomes that matter most to marketers. The role calls for technical leadership, sound judgment in modern front-end technologies, and a supportive approach to team leadership.
