About The Position

The Senior Director, Marketing Business Partner – Talent Solutions provides hands-on marketing consultation to generate demand for the Talent Solutions brands within the company’s Holdings. The role plans and delivers strategic marketing plans based on business growth priorities and serves as a liaison among the business, marketing, and sales teams. It partners with the global marketing organization to develop and execute marketing strategies.

The position leads marketing strategy and brand positioning for Talent Solutions, coordinates multichannel campaigns, and works with colleagues on content, events, campaign delivery, and sales materials. It also builds relationships with office leaders and brand producers and supports team members through coaching, performance feedback, and career planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience and/or 5 or more years in management.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• B2B marketing experience, preferably in a talent solutions or staffing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Talent Solutions marketing strategy, including multichannel campaigns for candidate and client communities.
• Partner with the Global Marketing team to design programs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Work with colleagues to manage content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, and sales material development and support.
• Be responsible for overall positioning of the company’s Talent Solutions.
• Serve as the key liaison between business and commercial leaders and the Global Marketing team regarding marketing needs and reporting.
• Build strong relationships and develop trust among office leaders and brand producers.
• Act as a brand ambassador aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members through development conversations, performance feedback, and career planning to support engagement, retention, and professional growth.
