About The Position

The Senior Consultant in Talent Solutions reviews Consultant work product and provides feedback. The role is responsible for completing engagements and managing all aspects of projects, conducting analysis, and delivering solutions to internal and external clients. The Senior Consultant also works toward revenue objectives, adheres to engagement budgets and requested task timelines, and participates in business development activities through professional memberships and business relationships. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
• Ability to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review Consultant work product and provide feedback.
• Complete engagements, including managing all aspects of projects.
• Conduct analysis and deliver solutions for internal and external clients.
• Attain revenue objectives.
• Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the requested time.
• Participate in business development activities, including memberships in qualified organizations or regular business contacts with peers who may refer engagements and cross-service opportunities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
