About The Position

Tekmetric is seeking a senior marketing leader to build and own the programs that reach auto repair shops beyond the company’s inbound digital engine. The role will develop coordinated campaigns, partner channels, and field marketing that put Tekmetric in front of its addressable market, especially across SMB and Mid-Market segments. These programs are expected to build awareness and trust, expand market coverage, and generate measurable pipeline and adoption. The role owns three connected areas: integrated campaign planning, partner marketing, and field marketing. It combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and accountability for pipeline and market coverage. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with Sales, Digital Growth, Product Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, and other cross-functional partners; establish operating rhythms and performance reporting; and hire, coach, and develop the team. Tekmetric offers hybrid and remote work models based on proximity to office hubs. Travel is expected in every role, including travel for events, partner meetings, customer locations, and several company and team offsites each year. Attendance at offsites is expected and supported.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years in integrated marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation in SaaS or high-growth technology, including meaningful time at Director level or above.

  • Experience marketing at scale to fragmented, distributed SMB audiences, especially buyers with short attention spans, word-of-mouth-driven behavior, and no typical enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, including building models, owning targets, explaining performance deltas, and attributing influenced as well as sourced pipeline.
  • Ability to build trust-based partnerships with Sales, Business Development, RevOps, Finance, and Product, and work effectively with external partners and sponsors.
  • Experience building and developing a team through hiring, structuring, and developing team members.
  • Executive-facing communication skills, sound decision-making under uncertainty, and ability to prioritize in a scaling environment.
  • Fluency with AI-powered tools and modern martech to increase program velocity, personalization, and measurement without adding headcount.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to events, partner meetings, and customer locations.
