Requirements

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Strong project-management skills using Asana or a similar tool.

  • Experience across both prospecting and customer marketing.
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Experience in a fast-growth or product-led growth environment.
  • Background in EdTech or K-12, or familiarity with seasonal buying cycles.

  • Care about improving education through technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building third-party partnership or co-marketing campaigns.
  • Ownership of a seasonal campaign tied to pipeline.
  • Content or creative background that supports effective creative briefing and direction.
  • Sales enablement or campaign toolkit-building experience.
  • Marketing automation experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to attribution tools such as HockeyStack or Amplitude.

Responsibilities

  • Own national and seasonal campaigns, including Back to School, Teacher Appreciation Week, and customer campaigns, from ideation through launch, measurement, and debrief.
  • Build and maintain campaign toolkits for Sales and Customer Success teams to support prospecting and customer marketing.
  • Coordinate with the regional campaigns team to localize national campaigns and incorporate regional needs into national planning.
  • Maintain a campaign calendar with clear owners and timelines, and proactively share status updates.
  • Coordinate email, paid media, events, content, social, and web work so campaigns operate as integrated efforts.
  • Measure campaign performance against pipeline and ROI goals and use results to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  • Support the Senior Manager of Demand Generation with execution of partner-driven programs, including partnership paid ads, co-hosted webinars, and trade publication placements, coordinating with teams responsible for partner relationships and communications.
  • Create and launch campaigns in Asana or a similar project-management tool without waiting for requests from Sales or Customer Success.
  • Set pipeline goals before campaign launch and report campaign results against those goals.
  • Surface Sales and Customer Success needs early and keep regional, events, ABM, and digital teams aligned.
  • Run campaigns from kickoff through completion, manage campaign timelines, raise risks early, and update senior leaders.
