Senior Director I, RGM Value Realization

The Coca-Cola Company•Atlanta, GA
•$180,000 - $203,000

About The Position

The Senior Director I, RGM Value Realization leads North America Operating Unit (NAOU) value realization and commercial investment governance across the total portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, RGM Strategy & Execution, this role provides an enterprise view of whether major Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and commercial investments deliver intended growth, profit, and system value, with particular focus on Incentives, Retail Media Networks, SOVI, GTM, CTM, and other material commercial investment programs. This is a focused, action-oriented accountability role that connects investment visibility, strategic alignment, ROI, conditionality, and execution outcomes. The role identifies over- and under-investment and value leakage, and embeds closed-loop routines that drive corrective action. It does not design Portfolio OBPPC strategy, customer pricing, promotions, or customer execution; accountable teams retain those decisions, while this role provides enterprise governance, transparency, challenge, and follow-through. The position partners across Finance, Commercial, RGM Execution, Retail Strategy & Digital Capability, Portfolio OBPPC, eCommerce, customer teams, and bottlers. It builds common governance, metrics, reporting standards, and decision routines to improve commercial-spend transparency and accountability. The role is based in Atlanta, United States, and requires 26%–50% travel. Relocation is not provided. Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States and must not require company sponsorship to continue working legally.

  • Advanced financial and analytical capability, including ROI, incrementality, profitability, margin, investment allocation, customer P&L, and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to integrate multiple commercial-spend sources and translate complex financial and execution data into decisions and corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of customer, bottler, and system economics, including balancing enterprise growth with customer and bottler value creation.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional governance or performance-management initiatives without relying on direct authority.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, constructive challenge, influencing, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate investment performance, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and action owners.
  • Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States and must not require company sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States.

  • Lead cross-lever reviews that integrate Incentives, SOVI, GTM, CTM, Retail Media Networks, promotions, and other investments into a total commercial investment view.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, RGM Execution, Retail Strategy & Digital Capability, Portfolio OBPPC, eCommerce, customer teams, and bottlers to validate assumptions, explain deviations, and agree on corrective actions.
