About The Position

The Senior Manager, GSINC Value Realization is the enterprise benefits, performance, and outcome-management leader for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting (GSINC) transformation. Reporting through the GSINC Transformation Office, this role translates the approved business case and GSINC strategy into measurable OKRs, benefit cases, baselines, forecasts, evidence standards, and recurring realization reviews. The position connects delivery and adoption evidence to operational and financial outcomes across the enterprise. The role partners with Finance, workstream leaders, business activation owners, the PMO, Change & Communications, technology and data teams, and business groups. Workstream and business leaders remain accountable for delivering their outcomes; this role owns the integrated value framework, challenge process, evidence quality, scorecards, and realization-review process. GSINC is developing an integrated, AI-enabled contracting capability intended to make contracting faster, simpler, more consistent, and more valuable. The program combines process, policy, templates, technology, data, and intelligence to establish a scalable contracting foundation across Johnson & Johnson.
