About The Position

The Senior Director will own the AI roadmap and strategy for the go-to-market organization, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partnerships. The role partners with business segments and Revenue Operations to identify where AI can create value across the customer lifecycle, then works with Engineering to deliver solutions through a deliberate mix of SaaS platforms and custom-built products. The role defines problems to solve, prioritizes opportunities, and measures adoption and business impact. It is accountable for integrating AI into how the organization sells, onboards, delivers, retains, and grows customer and partner relationships. The leader will establish a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap, set build-versus-buy principles, govern the GTM tool landscape, and lead discovery, prototyping, pilots, and scaled implementations. The position drives adoption and value realization with Revenue Operations, enablement, and functional leaders; establishes KPI and ROI reporting; and works with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Data and Analytics on responsible AI, data quality, governance, and trust. It also builds and leads a team of product managers and business analysts, influences matrixed Engineering, Data, and GTM Operations partners, and represents GTM AI to executives, vendors, analysts, and peer companies.
