Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced, insight-driven consumer marketing leader to build and lead the caregiver and consumer marketing launch strategy for its investigational Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis (ADP) indication. The role will establish BMS's caregiver engagement model in a new and emotionally complex therapeutic area, serving family and at-home caregivers as well as professional caregivers across long-term care settings. The indication is under development and has not been approved by the FDA. The role requires close collaboration across marketing, advocacy, corporate affairs, medical, market access, patient support, and field teams to ensure a coherent caregiver experience and compliant, sensitive communications. The position also represents the caregiver perspective in brand planning and launch-readiness discussions.
