About The Position

Guild is seeking a Senior Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead its corporate web presence and paid media programs. This high-execution role owns management of Guild.com and paid advertising across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and other channels. • Experience with CMS platforms, ideally a headless CMS, and web content management workflows.
  • Solid analytical skills, including the ability to build reports, interpret data, and independently make optimization decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Define and execute Guild's SEO and AEO strategy, covering technical site health and content optimization for traditional and AI-powered search.
  • Manage web development vendors and agencies, coordinating project scoping, QA, and deployment of backend and infrastructure work.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing, both directly and with an external agency.
  • Own campaign setup, trafficking, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization to drive pipeline and maximize ROI.
  • Build and scale Guild's digital ABM program with its media agency, including personalized ads and on-site experiences for priority accounts.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad copy and visuals.
  • Drive website conversion optimization through A/B testing in VWO, heatmap analysis, and improvements that increase demo requests and pipeline-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UX designers on site experience improvements that support conversion goals and visual cohesion.
