About The Position

Fresche is hiring a Demand Generation Manager for one of its Business Units: Modernization, Managed Services and Cloud, or Software. This AI-first role calls for a creative marketer who uses AI to automate repeatable work while applying human judgment to messaging, design, and content. The role focuses on converting attention into engaged buying committees and qualified sales conversations, partnering closely with Product Management and running programs for prospects, customers, and partners. The manager will develop distinctive campaigns for the IBM i market, own middle-of-funnel programs and nurture, and use AI to improve research, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, and reporting. They will coordinate a broad mix of paid, organic, search, third-party, event, and direct channels; work with Product Management to translate product and customer insight into campaigns; and drive demand across new logos, existing customers, and partner relationships. The role also includes end-to-end campaign execution in HubSpot, sales alignment, and reporting on pipeline, ROI, and conversion to guide investment decisions. Success measures include agreeing on a BU demand plan and establishing creative direction and AI-automated workflows within 90 days; launching a middle-of-funnel program with measurable conversion improvement by six months; and delivering distinctive IBM i marketing with attributable pipeline against BU targets within 12 months.

  • Experience marketing managed services, cloud, or IT infrastructure with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Sales, and channel partners.
  • Strong skills in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and fluency with funnel data.

  • Drive demand for net-new logos, installed-base expansion, and joint campaigns with IBM, Microsoft, and channel partners.
  • Build campaigns end to end in HubSpot with clean tracking and align lead definitions and handoffs with BU Sales.
  • Report pipeline, ROI, and conversion to leadership and recommend where to invest or pull back.
  • Agree on a BU demand plan and establish fresh creative direction and an AI-automated campaign workflow.
  • Launch middle-of-funnel programs across prospects, customers, and at least one partner, targeting measurable conversion lift.
  • Build distinctive marketing in the IBM i market and deliver attributable pipeline against BU targets.
