About The Position

Uline is hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to handle complex recruiting assignments for corporate positions, mentor and guide the recruiting team, and lead full life cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles. The role supports the company’s growth and is based on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. The company is a drug-free workplace; all new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and qualifications and prepare a recruitment plan.
