About The Position

Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to handle complex recruiting assignments for corporate positions, mentor and guide the recruiting team, and lead full life cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles. The role builds sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates and partners with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs, define qualifications, and develop recruitment plans. The recruiter also reviews applications and interviews applicants to assess work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. This position is based on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities
