About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring a full-time Senior Cook at Village Pointe Commons in Grafton, Wisconsin. The Senior Cook prepares food that is nutritious and properly flavored while following applicable federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations. Prior cooking experience is highly preferred, but the employer is willing to train. The position offers a free shift meal and pays $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Days and hours may vary, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
- May oversee food service associates' cooking activities when assigned by the Food Service Director.
- Prepare entrees and menu items according to established recipes.
- Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
- Store, label, and date food items according to policy, and help organize dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to protect the quality and safety of the food supply.
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
- Assist the Food Service Director with accurate daily production records and complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
- Assist with cross-training employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
