About The Position

Fulfillment IQ is hiring a Senior Consultant to own hands-on configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of a global Manhattan Active WM template in a large, multi-customer program deploying across dozens of warehouse sites each year. The role is remote for candidates based in Mexico or Brazil and works hours aligned to US Central or Eastern time. Travel within Latin America and to the United States may be required for go-lives. Working from approved functional designs and written specifications, the Senior Consultant turns requirements into standardized, reusable configuration while keeping customer-specific complexity out of the template. The position supports regional implementation teams through system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and stabilization. It reports to the SVP, Enterprise Systems Application. The role is offered as a renewable 12-month contract with full-time hours, or as full-time employment through an employer-of-record partner. Compensation is competitive, based on experience, and discussed during the first screening call. Contractors invoice monthly and manage their own tax filings and social security contributions; employees through the employer of record receive statutory local benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico, and candidates must reside in Mexico or Brazil. Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company serving brands, retailers, and 3PLs. It works across strategy, supply chain, and technology, including warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution. The company describes its culture as high-trust and high-standards, with ownership, collaboration, accountability, and limited hierarchy. The hiring process may use artificial intelligence to assist with application screening, assessment, and shortlisting; final hiring decisions are made by FIQ personnel. Recruitment accommodations are available on request. Candidate information is used for recruitment and may be stored or processed across borders, including in the United States. Fulfillment IQ is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a workplace policy against harassment and discrimination.
