About The Position
Well-established Financial Services company is looking for a strong compensation professional to join their compensation team. This is a key role working closely with company leaders and supporting various compensation programs/plans that influence the company’s total rewards strategy and help them attract and retain top talent. This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Dir of Compensation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of broad and deep Compensation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong technology experience/HRIS proficiency
Responsibilities
- Support various compensation programs/plans that influence the company’s total rewards strategy.
- Help the company attract and retain top talent.
