About The Position
The Budtender provides excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. This sales position involves building relationships with customers and advising them on potential benefits of products and strains based on their wants and needs. Budtenders work toward store sales goals and may participate in personal sales competitions offering product and cash prizes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories.
- Sales experience.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Open availability for varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customer needs and wants.
- Advise customers and suggest products and strains that align with their needs.
- Upsell products and sell add-on items to raise average sales.
- Explain proper product usage.
- Inform customers about the loyalty program.
