About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Commercial Banking Collateral Operations. In this role, you will service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans, and may include commercial real estate agency loans. You will provide direct customer service and act as the primary servicing contact for the loan. You will support less experienced loan administrators in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaints, determine the appropriate course of action, and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customer issues. You will perform complex administrative and customer support tasks by managing daily schedules and providing work direction to the team. You will assist in setting performance standards and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. You will review moderately complex loan servicing documentation language, book and fund new loans and modifications, including reviewing of input. You will monitor collateral and prepare payoff letters, releasing collateral; perform customer research and billing; and obtain insurance information and monitor ongoing coverage. You will provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals, and respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest level. You will provide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators and perform quality assurance and approve the work of other staff. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with internal customers. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Financial Services experience within Commercial Loans or Consumer Lending
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities
  • Experience with perfection of lien and/or release of lien
  • Ability to interpret titles
  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline to meet service level agreements and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Prioritizing workload and utilizing resources to solve problems
  • Ability to mitigate risk
