About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative as part of Global Operations. In this role, you will support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs. You will monitor the loan system, resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online. You will perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. You will act as the primary loan servicing contact, which involves construction monitoring and disbursements. You will also monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and release collateral. Additionally, you will audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications, and data input, as well as perform customer research and billing. You will receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will interact with internal customers and receive direction from leaders. You will exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Financial Services experience within Commercial Loans or Consumer Lending background
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities
  • Experience with perfection of lien and/or release of lien documents
  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline to meet service level agreements and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
