About The Position

LiveRamp is hiring a Senior Collaboration Architect for its Customer Growth & Insights (CGI) team, which expands program depth and network scale across strategic accounts. The role helps customers turn data collaboration infrastructure investments into repeatable business value by connecting data, technology, people, and commercial strategy. The architect partners with customers to design and operationalize programs spanning data and technology, people and operating models, and go-to-market strategy. The goal is to leave customers with programs and operating models they can operate, scale, and improve independently, with LiveRamp as a strategic partner. The position works with enterprise customers on technical architecture, privacy frameworks, partner collaboration, workflows, organizational design, training, and commercial use cases. It also contributes to late-stage pre-sales, enables customer partners, documents reusable program practices, and conveys structured product feedback. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the New York City office. The approximate annual base salary range is $171,500–$201,500, with variable incentive compensation targeted at 33% of base salary. Approximate on-target earnings are $228,095–$267,995, depending on factors including experience, skills, geography, performance, and internal equity.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in data infrastructure, ad tech, data partnerships, or a related field, including substantial experience in high-visibility customer-facing roles such as program leadership, technical delivery, solutions architecture, or analytics consulting.
  • Hands-on fluency in at least one of the following: cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Google Cloud, or Snowflake; privacy-enhancing technologies including data clean rooms and other PETs; identity resolution frameworks; or analytics and query design such as SparkSQL.
  • Track record of designing and leading complex, multi-stakeholder data programs for enterprise customers.
  • Strong familiarity with at least one of publisher monetization, retail or commerce media, brand data strategy, or measurement and analytics.
  • Ability to lead technical architecture discussions and executive strategy conversations within the same engagement.
  • Ability to build relationships with Product, Data, Marketing, and Privacy leaders at large organizations and align stakeholders around a common path forward.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to commercial audiences and commercial objectives to technical teams.
  • Ability and interest in teaching, enabling others, and helping customers become self-sufficient.
  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and communicate them accessibly to others.

  • Identify, engage, and enable customers’ agency, analytics, and data science partners, and remove operational and technical barriers to program growth.
  • Join late-stage pre-sales efforts with commercial leaders and Solutions Engineering to scope requirements and assess customer go-to-market, technical, and organizational readiness.
  • Co-produce a Master Playbook with each customer documenting how the customer’s program works as a transferable, reusable foundation.
