This role will primarily focus on Healthcare clients, partnering closely with organizations in this sector to address their unique and evolving risk management needs. The Senior Client Advocate is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, with accountability for strategy development and execution at the insurance program level. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions to Healthcare clients by coordinating WTW resources and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. The Senior Client Advocate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow an existing book of business; strengthen long-term client relationships within the Healthcare sector.
  • Identify, engage, and coordinate internal WTW resources to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
  • Provide strategic advice and consulting to clients, proactively monitoring insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with industry, practice, and resource groups.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions throughout the policy lifecycle, including acquisition due diligence.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Design, negotiate, and deliver fee and compensation agreements.
  • Lead the development and delivery of client presentations, proposals, advocacy reports, and Engagement 365 service plans.
  • Partner with Broking to leverage appropriate analytical tools and insights.
  • Drive account profitability while ensuring strong client retention.
  • Stay informed of market trends and partner with Sales and Broking to respond to marketplace changes.
  • Build and maintain strong market relationships alongside Broking and Sales teams.
  • Lead the RFP process, including coordination across lines of business and ownership of deliverables.
  • Drive the renewal process, developing and executing client-specific renewal strategies.
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure an exceptional client experience.
