About The Position

The NVIDIA IT Supply Chain Team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Logistics Execution to join our growing team in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead the effort to identify the process gaps, craft and develop system solutions in logistics area for supporting the demand from Logistics business team integrating with SAP TM, SAP EWM, SAP ECC and S4 HANA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business
  • 8+ years of professional experience with core focus on Logistics solutions and some exposure to integration involving SAP TM and SAP EWM
  • Deep understanding of SAP Logistics execution in S4 HANA with at least 2 implementation experience.
  • Strong business knowledge and consistent record in implementing solutions in the Logistics Transportation process.
  • Solid Understanding & Hands-on experience in standard SAP LE Module Features & Configuration, coordinated with TM/ EWM / FI / SD Modules / BW systems
  • Working experience in building reporting solutions and integration with 3rd party systems.
  • Creative problem-solving ability in multifaceted and sophisticated business environment.
  • Good social and excellent teammate skills, able to mediate disagreement, recognize options, propose and implement solutions.
  • Shown to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SAP TMS, strategic freight management and integrations to carriers, Transportation Planning and execution, Freight costing and settlement, Logistics Control Tower and dangerous goods management is a plus.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated solutions in simple terms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Logistics and Transportation team to consistently streamline business processes and lead continuous improvements to processes and solutions in place to enable the team to deliver world class support to our global internal customers while staying compliant.
  • Define, prioritize, plan, architect and complete sophisticated and impactful projects integrating to other SAP or external systems.
  • Interface on a day-to-day basis with analysts, business leadership, external partners, development, integration experts and reporting team members to support business operations.
  • Plan and conduct testing and training, both internally and externally and co-ordinate migration of the changes across system landscapes.
  • Work with the onsite-offshore resources in different time zones to prioritize, coordinate and implement small to medium size projects.
  • Continually mentor the implementation team with the best industry practices solutions and methodologies.
