The role description identifies the position as Senior Technical Lead - Business Analysis. The person in this role understands and documents business requirements and translates them into technical specifications. The role works closely with stakeholders to identify and solve business problems, coordinates with technical and project teams, and leads and supports team members.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or MCA degree from a reputed university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals toward organizational goals.

Nice To Haves

• A computer science background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring stakeholders’ needs are understood and translated into clear, concise, and complete requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed changes or solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the business areas supported by the organization.
• Participate in developing and implementing business analysis best practices and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally, with a focus on career management.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
