About The Position

This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within Oracle Fusion. The Senior Business Process Analyst will manage requisition reviews, purchase order (PO) creation and issuance, change orders, amendments, and order confirmations. A key part of the role involves coordinating supplier onboarding and maintenance, ensuring vendor master data, compliance documentation, and payment terms are up-to-date and in line with internal controls. The analyst will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice holds and match exceptions, reduce after-the-fact POs, and enhance overall end-to-end P2P compliance. To drive adoption of Oracle P2P processes, the role includes building and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials, acting as a super user and the primary point of contact for requesters and approvers. The position also involves gathering business requirements, documenting process changes, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle quarterly updates and configuration enhancements in conjunction with IT and Finance. Furthermore, the analyst will develop and maintain Power BI reporting and scorecards focused on P2P Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as PO compliance, cycle time, invoice exceptions, and supplier performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The role will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to identify process gaps and propose improvements to stakeholders. Collaboration with Category Managers, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and suppliers is essential to resolve issues and maintain process consistency.
