About The Position

Lead the commercial development and growth of SKF Insight Bearing Solutions across North America, with additional opportunities in South America. This hands-on, business-building role combines heavy-industry experience, condition-monitoring and reliability knowledge, and consultative sales of complex technical solutions. In an entrepreneurial, start-up-like environment within SKF, the role helps shape the market approach, build the opportunity pipeline, and turn customer reliability challenges into commercially viable solutions. It involves close collaboration with industry leaders, local sales teams, engineering specialists, and customers, as well as comfort with ambiguity and personal ownership. SKF Insight Bearing Solutions integrate fiber-optic sensing directly into rotating-equipment bearings. Each opportunity involves developing a machine-specific solution that may include engineering, fiber routing, interrogator integration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing data interpretation. The role sells a complete reliability solution combining engineered hardware, services, and actionable insights to improve uptime, throughput, and quality. It engages customer stakeholders including maintenance managers, reliability engineers, engineering teams, operations leaders, and process owners.
