Senior Business Analyst - Kyriba & Insurance Applications
About The Position
McDonald’s Global Technology is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support critical Treasury and Insurance applications, primarily Kyriba and also the Corporate Insurance application portfolio. The role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to support daily operations, requirements, enhancements, testing, and compliance activities. The analyst acts as the IT manager for Kyriba, supporting cash management, payments, banking, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and treasury operations. The role also provides business analysis support for insurance applications including NOIT, CIA, Gallagher Bassett/NetClaim, McOpCo Banking, RIS Dashboard, and McD Insurance. The position supports production issue resolution, requirements and solution delivery, SIT/UAT and releases, SOX and audit activities, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. The expected salary range is $115,872 to $144,840 per year. The position is eligible for a bonus and long-term incentives, and offers health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Kyriba certification.
- Strong Kyriba experience and understanding of Treasury processes.
- Knowledge of cash management, payments, banking, reconciliations, accounting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting production issues, enhancements, and application governance.
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, SIT/UAT, and defect management.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, audits, access reviews, and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and global teams.
Nice To Haves
- Kyriba, Treasury, Agile, or Business Analysis certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of APIs, ERP integrations, and banking connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with an automation tool such as IBM Workload Automation or CA Workload Automation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the IT manager for Kyriba, supporting cash management, payments, banking, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and treasury operations.
- Provide business analysis support for insurance applications including NOIT, CIA, Gallagher Bassett/NetClaim, McOpCo Banking, RIS Dashboard, and McD Insurance.
- Gather business requirements, document processes, define acceptance criteria, and support solution delivery in partnership with the Functional Solutions Lead and Global Business Lead.
- Analyze and resolve application issues, coordinate with teams and vendors, and drive incidents to closure.
- Create and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios, validate results, and support production releases.
- Support SOX, Change Management, audit activities, and evidence collection.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, Internal IT, and Audit stakeholders to deliver support and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.
