Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d)

This job offers the opportunity to lead the platform team and drive the future direction of their platforms. The role involves defining and implementing a long-term strategy, analyzing brand health, managing the innovation agenda, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health and well-being, experience in consumer marketing and project management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the platform team in delivering strategy and driving the future direction of their platforms
• Define and implement a 1+year strategy and partner with key functions to ensure delivery
• Own Brand Equity delivery, analyze brand health, and drive action
• Act as the ultimate brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines and integrity are maintained
• Partner with other teams to optimize the portfolio for long-term success
• Develop a 3-year pipeline and manage innovation projects
• Support in developing strategy behind Media / Communications plans
• Manage platforms to agreed budget
• Support in developing the long-term core strategic partnership agenda & ultimate approval of all partnerships (people & business)

• A passion for health & well-being / food segment / FMCG industry
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in people management
• Background in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG
• Experience leading innovation & media - overseeing E2E process (strategy - delivery)
• Excellent Project Management skills with a track record of bringing projects to market
• Analytical skills and Strategic Thinking
• Self-starter, capable of owning and driving agenda to support business goals
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Completed university degree, ideally in Marketing or similar
