About the position
As a Brand Manager at Wooga, you will be responsible for promoting and executing brand strategies for June's Journey. Your role will involve planning and implementing comprehensive brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue and increase market share. Additionally, you will conduct research to understand market trends and audience insights, establish data-informed goals, and analyze brand performance metrics. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as your passion for the gaming industry, will be crucial in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for June's Journey
- Ensure correct and consistent brand representation across all channels and consumer touchpoints
- Identify key opportunities for the brand that drive revenue and increase market share
- Conduct research to identify market trends, audience insights, and brand perception
- Establish data-informed goals and actionable insights for brand performance
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and create reporting materials
- Deliver compelling experiences for players tied to measurable business results
- Own campaign management and budget for projects
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to brand marketing efforts
- Provide input and guidance to creative teams for marketing materials and assets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, licensors, and external agencies
- Educate teams on the importance and impact of brand activations for business goals
- Possess extensive experience in strategic brand management and brand building
- Develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business growth
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve brand marketing metrics
- Collaborate with managers, creatives, and external partners to develop brand identities
- Knowledge of copywriting for impactful messaging and storytelling
- Communicate and align cross-functional teams and strategic partners towards common goals
- Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of the target audience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic brand management and brand building, preferably in the games or entertainment industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Possess a strong knowledge of brand marketing metrics and tactics used to improve them
- Experience in briefing and working with other managers, creatives, and external partners to develop and evolve brand identities
- Knowledge of copywriting to define impactful messaging and storytelling across marketing materials a strong plus
- Ability to communicate and work in a way to align, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and strategic partners towards one common goal and vision
- Passion for the gaming industry and the ability to understand and connect with our target audience
