Senior Brand Creative Lead

KorrusLos Angeles, CA

About The Position

Korrus is transforming the way people interact with light. We are the leader in human-centric lighting, built on more than 500 patents in spectral and circadian technology, and pioneers in Human Light Interaction, the next frontier in human health and wellness. This role owns the creative output of the brand end to end: the story it tells, the words that carry it, and the finished assets that bring it to life, at the speed the consumer business now requires. It is responsible for all creative. It is a deliberate combination of skill sets that usually live in two or three people. We need the narrative instinct of a creative director, the writing ability of a copywriter, and the hands-on production craft of a senior designer who can build the work to a high standard. One person who can find the story, write it, and make it. This is an individual contributor role. The person in this seat does the work, not just directs it. They report directly to the CEO on an interim basis and operate with a high degree of creative autonomy. There is no CMO or CXO layer above them. They are the creative function.
