About the position
This role is for a Full-time position in Berlin, with the Brand Activation team. The job overview includes leading the activation team, managing marketing activation and campaigns, social media and content delivery, event management, and executing country-specific partnerships and PR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand marketing and activation, people management, and a passion for health and well-being in the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the activation team and be responsible for the in year delivery of the marketing activation in the UK / in year delivery of the full marketing plan
- Apply PDCA methodology clarifying root cause analysis of performance gaps & identifying short-term opportunities; go-to for all tactical related actions/opportunities
- Localization & delivery of platform campaigns/innovations
- Manage social media, content calendar and delivery
- Own the E2E delivery of all country events, setting clear KPIs and tracking deliverables
- Local go-to-market execution; work with country cross-functional team to deliver innovation
- Responsible for implementation and execution of all country specific partnerships (within media mix & strategically relevant) and delivering PR initiatives
- Leading of external partners & proven track record of delivering cross-functional plans
- You have led social media management / event activation / PR team
- Excelent organisational skills, detail oriented & results driven
- Project Management experience
- Experience in online D2C businesses
- Budget management, an ability to maximise the output of spend
- You are capable of driving your own agenda to support the goals of the business
- A passion for health & well-being / food segment / FMCG industry
- Creative thinking with consumer-centric mindset
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role & 1 year of experience in people management
- Experience in brand marketing and/or brand activation in the UK market - preferably within FMCG
- Leading of external partners & proven track record of delivering cross-functional plans
- Experience in social media management, event activation, and PR team leadership
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Project management experience
- Experience in online D2C businesses
- Budget management and ability to maximize spend
- Capable of driving own agenda to support business goals
