About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to support the Missile Solutions segment at its facility in Camden, Arkansas. This is an entry-level professional role requiring broad theoretical job knowledge. The employee works under general direction and guidance within standard processes, including on non-routine tasks, and reports to a Supervisor or higher. The role supports operational targets and contributes to team results through shipping documentation work and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience; or a graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge and experience preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document Management or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of or experience with government-related document submissions, such as WAWF DD250, WARP entry, and ADC submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department with handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
• Contribute to changes in systems and processes to solve problems through less-routine tasks.
• Achieve operational targets within the job area that contribute to team results.
• Make minor process changes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of approaches and routines.
• Propose solutions to problems for review by others.
• Maintain a 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles (preferred skill).
