About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join its facility in Camden, Arkansas. The role supports the department with shipping documentation and works on moderately complex projects and assignments independently. The position contributes to operational targets and may make minor process changes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of existing approaches and routines. The employee is expected to propose solutions for review and must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related business office or analyst experience; alternatively, a graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
