About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to support the Missile Solutions segment at its facility in Camden, Arkansas. This entry-level professional role requires broad theoretical job knowledge and works under general direction and guidance within standard processes on non-routine tasks. The position reports to a Supervisor or higher.

The role supports the department by handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation. Work includes less-routine tasks that contribute to changes in systems and processes to solve problems. The analyst works toward operational targets within the job area, with an impact on team results, and makes minor process changes to solve problems or improve effectiveness. The role is expected to propose solutions for review. The employee must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience; or a graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge and experience preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document Management or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of or experience with government-related document submissions, such as WAWFDD250, WARP entry, and ADC submissions.

Responsibilities
