The senior associate director of content strategy is a key leader within Advancement Communications and Marketing (ACM), responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive, audience-centered editorial strategy that advances Boston College’s fundraising and engagement priorities. Reporting to the director of advancement communications and marketing, this individual oversees a team of writers and editors and ensures that all content reflects the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand equity. A highly skilled writer and editor, the senior associate director maintains a personal portfolio of high-impact assignments, ranging from donor proposals and institutional publications to digital storytelling and multimedia. They set and uphold editorial standards across the team, ensuring that every piece of content is polished, compelling, and aligned with BC’s institutional voice. This role also collaborates closely with colleagues across ACM, Development, Alumni Relations, and University Communications to source narratives and deliver cohesive, cross-functional work.
