About The Position

At CEC Entertainment, the Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager helps manage restaurant operations and ensure guests have a consistently excellent experience. The role supports employees with resources, training, and motivation so guests leave happy. It makes daily operational decisions, builds sales and profits, coaches the team, and maintains Company standards for product quality, cleanliness, guest service, and safety. The position also uses business judgment to manage costs, financial accounting, inventory, and labor. The role pays $20.11–$22.35 per hour and offers sales commissions for Memberships and Fun Passes. Commission rates vary by exempt status and are paid biweekly unless state law requires otherwise. CEC also offers access to earned wages through its “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program. The work environment may include flashing or flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat, or extreme cold conditions unrelated to weather. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old, unless RVP approval allows hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification, and serving alcohol.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least two years of previous management experience, preferably in the food service industry, or a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.
Demonstrated coaching and developing others, ethics and integrity, effective communication, empowering others, valuing diversity, time and priority management, and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and employee support while upholding product quality, cleanliness, and other Company standards.
Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating Company and guest expectations to the team.
Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
Apply sound business skills and judgment to cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management.
