About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Business Systems serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role designs, implements, and optimizes business systems, data solutions, and reporting capabilities that support commercial operations and decision making. It drives process improvement initiatives, develops scalable analytics solutions, manages system enhancements, and ensures data integrity across enterprise platforms, including CRM, reporting, and business intelligence environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Five or more years of experience in business systems analysis, business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales or marketing operations, data analytics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI or a comparable enterprise analytics platform.
Advanced SQL skills and practical experience with relational data models, ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation.

Nice To Haves

Python experience for analytics and automation.
AI/LLM tools experience, such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, or prompt engineering.
Cloud platform certification, such as AWS.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Unit, and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
Lead system enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption.
Document business processes, system configurations, data flows, reporting, and operational procedures.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and related analytics platforms.
Create and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
Develop KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting to provide visibility into sales performance, customer engagement, lead management, and operational effectiveness.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency between source systems and reporting environments.
Work with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project priorities and ensure successful solution delivery.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and training activities.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business applications and reporting solutions.
