Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives, translating business outcomes into solution options, detailed requirements, and actionable recommendations. Partner with business, product, engineering, and testing teams from discovery through release, support implementation readiness, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen analysis quality and team standards. The role calls for creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, achieving results ethically, and fostering continuous learning. Analyze business functions and existing or proposed systems to identify application, integration, data-processing, and process-improvement needs. Define functional requirements, system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, charts, diagrams, and data mappings. Recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions aligned with architecture and integration standards, and support testing, implementation, and release readiness. The position follows a workplace model balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means working in the office two days per week. Employees more than 50 miles from an office, out-of-state employees, and employees in certain member-facing roles should coordinate in-office time with their manager based on business needs. The company may require additional office presence. The work is based in physical offices and may include work from a home office; activity is sedentary for most of the workday. Stellarus, launched in January 2025, develops scalable healthcare solutions and is part of the Ascendiun Family of Companies. Its values include agility, trust, drive, courage, and service. External hires must pass a background check and drug screen.
