•$100,000 - $250,000•Remote

About The Position

Empyrean Solutions is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Regional Banking team. The role owns a portfolio of approximately 60–65 regional bank and credit union clients and is primarily focused on sales, revenue growth, and expanding client adoption of Empyrean’s risk, FP&A, and analytics solutions. Accounts are transferred to the role about 18 months after signing, once they are operational. The Senior Account Manager carries a revenue target and leads increasingly complex renewals, including three- to five-year agreements. Customer Success and Support handle day-to-day service so the role can focus on growth. The position is remote within the United States, with working hours generally aligned to Eastern Time and approximately 20% travel for client visits, conferences, and internal meetings. It reports to the VP of Sales, Regional Banks. Compensation is a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 and on-target earnings of $200,000–$250,000, with a 50/50 split between base and variable compensation. Starting salary within the range may vary based on geographic market, skills and experience, education, and other qualifications. The Senior Account Manager builds relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and finance teams; identifies and closes expansion opportunities; leads renewals from preparation and pricing through negotiation; coordinates with internal teams; and shares client feedback with Product. Empyrean Solutions provides risk and performance management solutions to banks and credit unions, helping them manage balance sheets, plan scenarios, and analyze risk and performance.
