About The Position

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to lead podcast and digital media sales for recognized names in the True Crime creator marketplace. The role spans podcast, YouTube, and social media platforms and involves working with high-profile creators and innovative brands.

Requirements

7–10 years of proven success in media sales, with a strong record of revenue growth and client retention in podcasting, digital audio, or social platforms.
Ability to strategically manage high-value accounts and negotiate complex, multi-platform partnerships.
Deep understanding of the media landscape and evolving advertising ecosystem, including data-driven sales, branded content, and creator monetization models.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent Red Seat Ventures in high-profile industry conversations.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive performance and innovation.
Passion for storytelling, True Crime content, and the creator economy, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented drive.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across advertising agencies and brands to drive business development.
Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that articulate value and drive incremental revenue.
Prospect and pitch new business to expand Red Seat Ventures’ footprint and share of client advertising budgets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal creation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
Oversee campaign delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction to ensure flawless execution.
Create custom marketing and media solutions aligned with client goals and optimized across multiple platforms.
