Are you Tracksuit’s new Senior Account Executive? We're in scale-up mode and we are growing (fast!). Our teams have gone from strength to strength, with our Sales team smashing targets along the way. Our Account Executives play a pivotal role in Tracksuits growth through mapping out and bringing in new business ventures. As one of our Senior AE’s, you will be encouraged to think outside the box and always be looking for growth/sales opportunities and will be empowered and supported to drive your own sales process. Tracksuit is a tool, but more than that, it's a community for brand marketers and ambitious leaders who believe in the power of brand. The human that thrives in this role should be incredibly excited about connecting with the best brands and agencies in the world to help shape the way modern consumer companies are built.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience and success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising or media sales start-up
  • Excellent results in B2B outbound sales, demos via video conferencing, and enthusiasm to improve and execute
  • The capability, confidence and willingness to manage an entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business (we can turn deals around in about 30 days, so you won’t get bored)
  • Experience in mid-market to enterprise selling
  • Thoughtful, kind and empathetic
  • An activity-based mindset and are goal-oriented
  • Loves networking, attending events and is excited to be the face of a fast growing startup
  • Is excited about meeting and working with the world’s best brand marketers, brand leaders and agency partners

Responsibilities

  • Growing new business revenue and new customer acquisition (it’s a sales role)
  • Working with the US Sales manager and wider Sales team to develop and iterate the sales strategy and processes
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business - including multi-channel outreach, inc social media, email, & phone calls at scale
  • Delivering effective and engaging product demonstrations of the value of Tracksuit, tailored to clients' needs through storytelling, case studies and other materials
  • Closing ~$1m of US-based ARR in the first 12 months
