About The Position

Tarmac.io is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and expand client relationships across our cloud, data, and software engineering services. This role is for a hunter with a consultative mindset who understands how to sell complex technology solutions and is expected to make a big impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in consulting, cloud, or data services)
  • Proven track record of closing net-new business
  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions (cloud, data, software engineering)
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → close
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (technical & business)
  • Partner with delivery and engineering teams to shape solutions
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound efforts and partner collaboration
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
