Semiconductor Equipment Engineer

We are seeking an equipment engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry to join our team. This individual will be responsible for hands-on equipment maintenance and installation, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, deep technical knowledge, and a self-starter mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on equipment maintenance and installation
• Identify and repair any defects or malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems
• Interpret electrical schematics and flow charts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA rules
• Place orders for spare parts and complete required documentation
• Follow written and verbal instructions in compliance with manufacturing standards
• Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program
• Perform other assigned duties
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and deep technical knowledge
• Extensive mechanical and electrical experience
• Self-starter with innovative thinking
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing facility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Extensive experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge and experience in photolithography, RIE, thin-film deposition, CVD/diffusion, and plating processes
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, tool upgrades, tool repairs, and equipment installation
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and flow charts
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing facility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in compliance with manufacturing standards
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and deep technical knowledge
• Self-starter with innovative thinking and ability to find faster ways to accomplish tasks
• Physical ability to sit, bend, stand, walk for 8-10 hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
