The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship-building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. This hourly role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The associate helps promote a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, and embrace feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide customers with accurate information.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
