About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship-building, assistance with merchandise selection, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metrics, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The associate helps create a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.

Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentations, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and available resources, embrace feedback, and continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
