About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. This hourly role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role includes greeting and assisting customers, supporting sales and store operations, maintaining merchandise presentation and cleanliness, and following asset protection, safety, and security procedures. The associate contributes to a positive store culture and continuously develops product knowledge and selling skills.

Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection, safety, and security procedures to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
