About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship-building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metrics, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet objectives. The associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Comfort using technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move throughout all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming shopping experience.
Use suggestive selling and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently; address customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, apply feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
