About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, recommending products, and processing transactions. The role supports sales and store performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet objectives. The associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Build genuine customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, incorporate feedback, and build product knowledge and selling skills; stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
