About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. This hourly role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role also supports store operations and fulfillment, maintains merchandise and selling areas, follows asset protection and safety procedures, and contributes to a positive team culture. Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.

Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and build product knowledge and selling skills; stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations through fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
